Supper confortable Bro, The finishing is really amazing, exactly the way it was shown on website. At first i thought , the website shows 3d models . What if in real its not that sharp and structural , but will have to say , it is exactly the way it is depicted on website. The good thing throughout this purchase was , that you are connected with me , making it very easy to communicate.

I looked at your site and decided in 15 mins I was going to buy the chair which is very quick. Here is what helped me: Your site showed me everything I needed to know. The features were so well demonstrated. Very very well priced. The 10 day return gave peace of mind as your brand was not what I knew, something like Frido. Lastly, if you put in the effort in your site, I was banking on you being able to deliver on the product. I am very particular about the details that go in, goes a long way in understanding the priorities. Especially if you are so sure to offer a return knowing that I haven't tried the chair, it was a pure win for me. Based on how it works for me, I will happily share this will everyone I know... Btw, the best best feature is the hidden foot rest. Its so very thoughtful...getting very hard to get my son out of the chair.
The chair is a life saviour. I use it for at least 5 hours/ day.
I recently decided to revamp my work station and after trying out 100s of chairs in multiple stores, I got the Specialist from SuperErgo. The ergonomic design and comfort is exceptional imo. I sit for 7-8 hours easily without any discomfort. Initially I was looking for a chair with footrest as that's more comfortable for longer hours but I was so happy to learn that the chair is wide and deep enough for cross legged seating too. Honestly, I'm very happy with the chair so far albeit it's been only a week. So thanks for bringing a good product to this market. Very hard to find!

Ordered 2 Director Metal and the Pro desk. Got the wrong color table top delivered which had to be replaced. Otherwise very happy with both the chair and desk. Quality is top-notch.

The chair is great. It's comfortable for long sessions. The only thing I didn't like about it was the footrest. Ideally I would have liked it if it was angled upwards or at least the same height as the hip and not down. When you stretch out to watch a movie or something the ideal position for your feet would be what you get in a recliner sofa. Other than that it's been great.

Had heard good things about them from a couple of folks so already had high expectations. I have been using one from GreenSoul and can see a stark difference in everything - the frame, table top, build quality. I recently bought SuperErgo's Novice and noticed something rare in the chair market, most chairs are praised as “comfortable” online, but disappoint in real life. With the Novice, it’s been the opposite: everyone who’s tried mine has loved it so much that my workplace ended up ordering 9 more units.
Spending long hours at my desk, I never realized how much of a difference a good chair could make until we switched to SuperErgo. The adjustable lumbar support has really helped with posture, and I feel less strain after long design sessions. It’s well-built, comfortable, and makes a noticeable difference in how I feel at the end of the day. It’s easy to overlook ergonomics when setting up a workspace, but this upgrade has been totally worth it. Big thanks to Nihar Lohiya for designing something that actually supports the way creative professionals work.
It far exceeds my expectations. Some good things I noted - wheel rolling and smoothness is at par with the Godrej Aero chair I currently use (it costed me 15k). The chair profile is actually well designed and what makes the difference. I sat on it, and even without a dedicated lumbar support or any fancy headrests, the comfort is much better than my existing chair. Cushioning is adequate. Gaslift cylinder mechanism is also good. So all in all, you definitely have a hero product Nihar.
