How it works
Request a return
Email care@superergo.in with the subject line:
Return Request – [Your Order Number] within 10 days from date of delivery/ assembly by SuperErgo.
Pack your product
Disassemble it, place it in the original packaging, include all parts, and attach the return label we send you.
Pickup and refund
We will pick up and verify your product, and issue refund to your original payment method in 5 business days.
Note:
1. Accessories and bulk purchases are not eligible for a return.
2. We can arrange a technician for uninstallation, if needed.
